What Hycorn holds from Facebook
Chat Live (chat-live.hycorn.ai, the customer inbox Hycorn hosts, built on Chatwoot): when you connect a Facebook Page — and the Instagram professional account linked to it — with Facebook Login, Chat Live stores an access token for each Page you choose (encrypted) and the app-scoped id of the Facebook account that granted it. The token is used only to receive the messages people send to that Page or Instagram account and to send the replies written by the business (its staff or its Hycorn workflow).
Hycorn: when you connect a Page with “Kết nối Facebook” (where enabled), Hycorn stores an access token for each Page you choose (encrypted) and a one-way hash of the Facebook account that granted it, used the same way.
How to delete it
- Remove Hycorn from Facebook. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Hycorn and remove it. Facebook tells us, and we delete every Page token that account granted — in Hycorn and in Chat Live — disconnect those Facebook Page and Instagram channels in Chat Live, turn off the Messenger triggers that used them and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page (it shows both parts). An Instagram account connected with Instagram Login (not through a Page) is not covered by this: use step 2 or 4 for it.
- Or in Chat Live. Open Settings → Inboxes in Chat Live and delete the Page's (or the Instagram account's) inbox; its token is deleted with it.
- Or inside Hycorn. Delete the Page's key on the Keys page (it is named “Facebook — Page name”), or delete your account in Settings — everything linked to it is deleted.
- Or write to us at [email protected] from the address of your Hycorn account.
Conversations on a connected Page belong to the Page owner's workspace (its Chat Live inbox and Hycorn conversation log) and are deleted after its retention period, or when the owner deletes them. A deletion request record keeps only counts and dates, never your Facebook id.
