1. Acceptance
These Terms are an agreement between you and Hycorn Technology (Hycorn Technology), enterprise code , registered office (“Hycorn”, “we”), which operates Hycorn and Chat Live. By creating a Hycorn account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. The service
Hycorn provides a hosted, visual AI workflow builder that lets you compose, run, and publish automation pipelines, and Chat Live — a shared customer inbox built on the open-source Chatwoot software, hosted by Hycorn at chat-live.hycorn.ai, where a business connects its messaging channels (Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, TikTok business accounts, Zalo Official Accounts) and answers its customers by hand or with automated replies written by its Hycorn workflows. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change without notice.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Hycorn.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hycorn to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing.
- Probe, scan, attack, overload, or otherwise impair the service or any third-party system.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law.
- Resell or sublicense access without our written consent.
5. Content & outputs
You retain all rights to inputs you submit and outputs generated for your account. You grant Hycorn a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate, support, and improve the service. We do not train foundation models on your content.
6. Third-party AI providers
Workflows may invoke third-party AI providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and others). Their terms apply to data processed through them. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the provider you select.
6a. Messaging channels and Chat Live
- You may connect only channels you are authorised to manage, and you remain responsible for the messages sent from them, including automated replies.
- You must follow the terms and policies of each platform you connect — including the Meta Platform Terms and Messenger / Instagram messaging policies (such as their response windows), TikTok's Business Messaging terms and Zalo's Official Account rules — and tell your customers, in your own privacy notice, that their messages are handled with Hycorn.
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that impersonate a person. A customer who asks for a human must be able to reach your staff; Chat Live stops the bot on a conversation your staff take over.
- Automated replies are written by your workflow — from your own rules or by an AI model provider you select (for example DeepSeek). Review what your bot says; AI output can be wrong.
- Disconnecting a channel, removing Hycorn from the platform, or a deletion request deletes the channel's tokens as described on /data-deletion; your conversation records stay in your workspace until you delete them.
7. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. Usage-based credits are non-refundable once consumed. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Closure triggers a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
9. Disclaimers
AI outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hycorn's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
